I had shot a lot of photos on my canon camera yesterday and most of it were missing. The ones that I had shot at the end, around 20 photos were remaining.. I have tried the SD card photo recovery softwares but I recover photos from long time ago and the same 20 photos not any of the the photos I am looking for. what could have happened and is there a way to recover those photos?
Sorry for your troubles losing your photos from your Canon camera. It sounds like you've tried what you could do. You may have to send it off to a company that is experienced in recovering photo files from memory cards.
I don't know how old your memory card is, but I'd strongly suggest not using it anymore and getting yourself a new SD card.
