"I am having the hardest time trying to transfer a simple video to my macbook air. I have the manual for the camera and nothing makes sense. I've also tried doing this by the WiFi connection but the camera wont recognize my computer no matter what I do. And yes, the computer is connected to the internet, etc.. PLEASE HELP!
HI Dawn,
Thanks for your question.
I ALWAYS transfer images by removing the memory card from my camera and plug it directly into my computer using a memory card/USB adapter. Then I just drag and drop. I am clueless when it comes to using Apple/Mac products. I'm a PC guy.
Good Luck!
