WHICH CAMERA TO BUY

I have a tight budget, looking for cheap and best compact camera for video recording.
which one is better, newly launched Canon IXUS 255hs ...OR... Canon SX500

IXUS 255 has CMOS censor, has Auto Focus, it has 1080p recording

While, SX 500 has CCD censor and has Manual Focus, it has 720p recording.

which one to buy ???

I just found an upgrade model of Canon Sx 500 that is Canon (SX 510 HS) it has wifi,full hd recording,cmos censor if now i have to choose between Canon ixus 255 & Canon SX 510 which one should i buy.
