Do you have a training video on macro photography for the Powershot G1 x? If not any text on how to use the features of the g1x.

Hi Theo! Thanks for your question about the Canon G1x.
First of all, congratulations on getting a point and shoot camera with a serious sensor. The 1.5 inch sensor gives you a quantum leap in image quality over traditional 2/3 inch and smaller sensor point and shoot cameras.
I waited for the 2nd version of this Canon model and bought the G1X Mark II so I don't have any specific training video for shooting macro with the G1X.
Here are two posts on shooting Macro Photography With the G1X Mark II and G1X Mark II Macro Photos. You may find them somewhat helpful.
You also might find a good book specifically written for G1x owners useful. I found this one on Amazon that is highly rated by its buyers: Canon PowerShot G1 X Guide
